Frosch Student Travel has been appointed by the University Studies Abroad Consortium to provide an optional group flight to Montevideo, Uruguay for your study abroad program. We will provide round-trip transportation on Delta Airlines & Gol Airline from your local city to Montevideo via Atlanta departing on August 22, 2025. Please register online for a fare quote to depart from your local city to merge with the Atlanta group flight. All flights will merge with the Atlanta group flight.

If the group flight does not meet your travel plans, you may continue to register online above and specify your preferred departure city to merge with the group flight on the reservation form under departure options as per instructions below.

Under departure options please select "book a connecting flight". You may specify your preferred departure city to merge with the group flight. Please continue to complete the reservation form. Your ticket will not be issued until you receive and accept a fare quote. We will contact you via email regarding the fare upon receipt of your form. OUTBOUND FLIGHT ITINERARY

THE GROUP WILL BE MET BY A USAC REPRESENTATIVE UPON ARRIVAL AT MONTEVIDEO AIRPORT. IF YOU ARE SCHEDULED FOR THE GROUP FLIGHT, BUT YOU DO NOT ARRIVE WITH THE GROUP BECAUSE OF CANCELLATIONS OR DELAYS OF CONNECTING FLIGHTS YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR TRANSFER FROM THE AIRPORT.

GROUP RETURN FLIGHTS

We are offering a group return flight departing Montevideo on December 13, 2025, and May 16, 2026, with an option to fly back independently on a different return date. Please specify your choice on the reservation form.

(Your return flights may be booked differently based on your return destination to the US in order to make flight connections to your home city.)

ROUND TRIP AIRFARE (inclusive of all taxes)

FLIGHT REGISTRATION AND DEADLINES

May 23, 2025: Please complete the flight reservation form online with credit card payment if you wish to join the group flight.

TICKET VALIDITY AND RETURN FLIGHT INFORMATION

• Your return ticket is valid until August 21, 2026 (1 year) from Montevideo back to the city of your departure.
• We are offering group return flight departing Montevideo on December 13, 2025, and May 16, 2026. You may fly back with the group or you may opt to fly back independently on a different date. Please specify your choice on the reservation form.
• Once abroad you are allowed to change your already confirmed return flight date by contacting our Frosch Student Travel groups department office while abroad. Please note that all date changes are subject to availability of the flights and require advance notice. May, June, July and August are the busiest months for travel to the USA. The ticket you are purchasing has limited availability on the flights.
• Any unused portion of your ticket is non-refundable.

CANCELLATION POLICY

This is a non-refundable ticket. If you are not able to travel you have the option to keep the credit of the ticket for future travel

YOUR TICKET DELIVERY

Your round-trip electronic ticket will be sent to your email address specified on the reservation form.

SEATING

PLEASE BE ADVISED: We will provide free pre-assigned seating on available flights. Not all airlines allow free pre-assigned seating and will charge a seat fee per flight. You may also choose a free seat using online check-in 24 hours prior to departure or at the check-in counter at the airport to avoid any seating fees.

BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE

You are allowed to check-in 1 free bag weighing not more than 50 pounds. The total dimensions of the bag must be 62 inches (length, width and height). You may also carry on one bag weighing not more than 15 pounds. The total dimensions of the bag must not exceed more than 45 inches (length, width and height).

The airlines are very strict about the baggage allowance. Please do not try to check-in over-sized or over-weight baggage as it may result in an excess baggage penalty at the airport.

Please be able to handle all your own baggage. Traveling with light baggage will make your journey much easier.
